Hello everyone, well first article, I told myself that a little more in-depth presentation of myself could make a good article.

The starting point

How did I get here? It all starts from little me a few years ago, always on screens and on the internet, I always told myself that I would like to work abroad and be financially free.

The studies

I wasn’t a fan of studying, of classrooms, of lecture halls, and I told myself that work-study would be the right solution to gain as much experience as possible. So I went to do a work-study BTS.

Well, here you will tell me that it is a good vision, but I am not going to brag, it is mainly thanks to my parents that I left in this direction and above all that I found a work-study program, because of me -even I didn’t look too hard…

And so this is where I discovered a new type of development, RPA development or more generally automation.

During these 2 years of work-study, I took my first steps in automation, and I quite like it, compared to what I see in class. But also I realize, despite it being a career with a future, working in companies will not make my dreams come true even if I started to earn a comfortable living at this age.

The first experiences

COVID arrived during my 2nd year of study. So I’m in my apartment, working remotely, and so I have time. And at that time I was already looking at what was happening in online businesses.

And the business of the moment was dropshipping, I saw people earning a lot and being free thanks to that, so I started.

I run 3/4 stores, I take care of setting up my own advertising, advertising on the networks, but it doesn’t explode, I don’t lose or make any money, but I realize that this business doesn’t won’t be for me.

And after graduation?

I’m getting my diploma, and I’m looking for a job, but it’s complicated because Mr. COVID is here.

I find a remote job on the web, where I do WordPress, C#, or even coding WordPress plugins. I like web coding, but the problem is that it was a small company where I was paid at a slingshot, and the way it offered me to earn more and find clients to offer them our website creation offer.

So, 1, I’m not a salesperson, and 2, if I found a client, I was going to create the site for them on my own to take everything rather than picking up crumbs.

This is where a former colleague told me that his company was looking for RPA developers, so I did the interviews and I entered this company and found my job as an RPA developer.

I go back to the beginning

But the same, same pattern as the previous months, I will not have my freedom thanks to a job in a company.

From there a new idea was born, to set up a digital agency, I’m good at coding, I have a lot of knowledge of the web so here we go.

I launched my agency’s website, several social networks, I created the first sites for people I know, but after a few weeks and months, I have no contact, no clients, and I let it continue in hoping that with word of mouth or the little I share on the networks I will make myself known.

But it’s not happening like that, and I’m giving up this business.

Several months pass, I rack my brain every day because my dream is still there, but I am still employed and my dreams will not come true like that.

Questioning and action

So I question myself and I think again and again, and I say to myself that opening a digital agency was a bit of starting in reverse, because you open an agency when you have an agency or a minimum of networks, this which was not my case. And then in hindsight, a website agency/Advertising campaign/Community Management was not for me and too broad.

So I told myself that I was going to take the business in the right direction and in a field that I love and that I know, automation!!

This gives me 5 years of experience, and I am sure that it will explode in the coming years, because all companies will need it. This saves time, productivity and huge money.

So here I am, at 23 years old, starting where it takes and starting to make myself known for doing what I love.
